👉  Any items or bags exceeding 55cm x 20cm x 35cm are not permitted inside the museum.

👉 Prohibited items include paintings, glass bottles, firearms, knives, flammable objects, etc 

👉 Wheelchair/Stroller Accessibility shall not be possible with the tour.

👉 Remember to bring sufficient Water since the tour lasts for 3 hours. Food/Drinks are not allowed inside the museum.

👉 Wear comfortable shoes since there is a lot of walking involved

👉 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late-arrivals may not be entertained.

👉 Please enter correct and functioning contact information while booking to facilitate communication.

👉 Flash Photography is not permitted inside the museum.

👉 Even with skip-the-line tickets, there could be waiting for security checks potentially up to 30 minutes due to the high season. 

👉 After the tour has ended, you shall have free access to the museum until closing time (9pm on Wed and Fri; 6pm on other days). You can only enter the museum once and not re-enter with this tour.

👉 Any misbehaviour with the louvre staff, security or guide shall result in expulsion from the tour without refund.

👉 If the minimum group size requirement is not met, then the tour shall be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund.
